Opt-Out of Data Sharing or Selling

If you are an EU resident, you can opt-out of personalized ads and data sharing by disabling them in the consent screen when using our app. For non-EU users, you can disable personalized ads and data sharing in the app's settings screen.

To opt-out of data sharing, selling, or profiling for targeted advertising, follow these steps:

• Open the app and navigate to the Settings screen.
• Toggle off the Personalized Ads option to opt-out of targeted advertising.

Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. The uploaded and processed photos are removed from our storage servers immediately after the colorization process if "Quick Removal" is enabled, or after 24 hours if "Quick Removal" is disabled and the images are not shared.

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

If you are a resident of California, you have additional rights under the CCPA:

• The right to know what personal data is collected and how it is used.
• The right to request that personal data be deleted.
• The right to opt-out of the sale of your personal data.
